Insurance
We do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, theft, or any other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend that all guests arrange for appropriate travel insurance before the trip to cover such eventualities.

Itinerary Changes
Factors such as weather conditions, road conditions, and the physical abilities of participants may require modifications to the itinerary. We reserve the right to alter any schedule for the safety, comfort, and well-being of our guests. No refunds will be provided in the event of such changes.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited during travel in the bus. SRHDreamDestinations reserves the right to discontinue your trip at any point if your behavior is deemed inappropriate or misconduct is observed. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Departure Time
The departure time for all trips is fixed. It is your responsibility to stay updated on your status with the trip coordinator. The trip coordinator will attempt to contact you at least three times. However, SRHDreamDestinations is not liable for any damages to rooms, camps, furnishings, or fixtures once the finalization of the tour or service cost is confirmed.

Additional Charges
If there are any increases in entrance fees to monuments, museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India, such additional costs will be charged to you as extra.

Hilly Terrain
In hilly terrain, the driver has discretion over the operation of vehicle systems such as air conditioning or sound systems. The primary focus will always be on the safety of passengers.

Health and Safety
SRHDreamDestinations and its local staff are not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during the trip or any activities. Please ensure you are in suitable health before engaging in any physical activities.
